If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date at our online boutique. However, the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. We suggest using a traceable service and keeping track of the shipment.
Merchandise must be unused, returned in original condition along with all original tags and receipt. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.
To return/ exchange an order, please request an authorized return shipping number by sending an email to email@example.com or notifying us at Contact Us to facilitate your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of any return shipments.
